We understand that sometimes, things don't work out as expected. That's why we're happy to offer our customers the option to exchange their items for something else. Here's how our exchange process works:
Free of Charge: Exchanging your items is completely free, with no restocking fees or additional charges.
Preferential Treatment: When you opt for an exchange, you'll receive expedited and preferential treatment. This means that your return will be processed immediately upon being received in our warehouse.
Shipping Options: Free shipping is available on your original order, but you'll receive discounted shipping on all exchanges. To make the process as smooth as possible, please ensure that the item you're returning does not require a signature upon delivery. If a signature is required, and the delivery person is missed, we won't be able to retrieve the item from the delivery company.
Timeframe: The item must be postmarked for exchange within 30 days of delivery. Returns post marked outside of the 30 day grace period are not permitted. If it's post-marked more than 30 days after being received, additional fees may apply and the item may be sent back at the customer's expense.
Condition: It's important that the item is in its original condition, with all tags attached. Items that show evidence of wear, have stains, body odor, or smell like smoke or cigarettes will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at their expense.
If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help! Returns are accepted for non-custom or made-to-order items, with a 15% restocking fee and original shipping and handling costs deducted from the refund.
Here's what you need to know: To receive a refund, simply send the item back to us within 15 days of delivery (we look at the post-mark date on the package to qualify the 15 days). If the item is post-marked between 16-30 days after delivery, a 20% restocking fee will apply. Regrettably, items post-marked after the 30 day grace period cannot be refunded.
Please make sure the item is in its original condition, with all tags attached, and returned in its original packaging. We cannot accept items that have been worn, have stains, odors, or cigarette smoke scent, or have been removed from their original packaging (such as face masks or personal care items).
Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, and we ask that you ship the item back without a signature requirement. If a store credit voucher was used for the original purchase, the item is not eligible for a refund.
Clearance and discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
